The present Policy in the field of quality is a part of general policy of the enterprise. It covers all spheres of activity of the enterprise and is directed on granting as it is possible of wider spectrum of products and services adequate and expectations the consumers.

   The “Kharkov Kosior machine-tool building plant” JSC declares the following purposes of the Enterprise in the field of quality:
• manufacture of machine tools completely meeting the requirements of each consumer,
• the responsibility before the Consumer for quality of made machine tools,
• strategic and operative marketing planning, as a means of definition of the current and future requirements of the Consumers and aspiration to surpass their expectations,
• expansion of the nomenclature of made machine tools, mainly at the expense of use of the newest technologies,
• formation of image of the Enterprise, as manufacturer of high-technology and high-quality equipment.

   Strategy of achievement of object in views is:
• development, introduction of System of Management of Quality according to the requirements of the international standards of a series ISO 9000,
• understanding whom is our Consumer, what its specific requirements today and with what they will be tomorrow,
• satisfaction of the requirements of the consumers at the shortest terms of realization of the orders and complete warranty,
• system work with the Consumers with the purpose of study of their searches,
• the priority decision of problems of quality,
• the strict control of maintenance of quality of made machine tools at all stages of their life cycle regulated responsibility of all personnel for quality,
• an orientation of works basically on the prevention of possible decrease of quality of machine tools, not just on its elimination,
• regular training of the personnel in the field of quality, attraction of each employee to participation in perfection of process of manufacture, stimulation of the personnel for works on increase of quality.
